Remembering......

From being carefree kids to responsible ones in the society
We have grown up all.
Seeing us today,
Feelings so nostalgic n proud,
Come to the mind,
If I just may say.

Growing up from being kids to today
The bond still being there
As we have pursued our dreams on our way.

Imagining us ten years hence
Hmm is an amusing n a bewildering thought
With our own kids there …
Got no words to say…
But one thing for sure I know
The bond is there to stay…

And the people I have met on the way...

Yielding ones control on life,
Submitting to some one else your soul,
Letting yourself trust,
Letting yourself be trusted,
That is what
Most of us run away from...

What is it that holds?

Is it the fear
of losing our freedom?
Is it the fear
of not being able to synergize?
Is it the fear
of having to adapt n change?
Or is it the fear of losing??

Is it transitting that line,
of forgoing our individual egos
and merging of minds n souls
that holds?

Does it happen?
Can it happen?

The forgoing of egos,
Emergence of purity,
Amalgam of both of their ethos,
That results in that eternal relation????????

What is that lets the mind free of all the tension?
What is that makes one speak out whatever’s on ones mind?
What is that makes one tease other endlessly n still the other doesn’t mind..
What makes one feel abs secure in ones company...

People call it by diff names
I call it friendship..
